After you order, you fill in a short brief form. Share a few key points about your business, your audience, and what you want the ad to say. Photos, logos, or existing video clips are useful if you have them. If you have nothing, that is fine too.
📲 Where can I use the ad?
Your ad is delivered as an MP4 file. You can upload it to YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, your website, email campaigns, or digital signage.
💳 How does payment work?
You order and pay upfront based on your chosen video package. After checkout, you send your brief so we can confirm the details and begin production. If your request falls outside the package scope, we will discuss options before starting.
✏ Can I request changes?
Yes. Every ad includes up to 2 rounds of revisions. That covers text tweaks, image swaps, timing adjustments, and similar changes. If you need more, we will quote before doing any extra work.
⏱ How long does it take?
Most ads are turned around within a few business days once we have your brief and any assets. We will confirm your expected delivery time when your project is booked in.
